A chartered surveyor who is well respected in Irish business and property circles, having established a highly successful research function at CBRE that is regarded as one of the most authoritative sources of information and thought leadership on the Irish economy and real estate market. Since 2022, she has been head of research at IPUT Real Estate Dublin where she focuses on research, thought leadership and strategy to support the fund’s investment, placemaking and sustainability efforts. Marie is the immediate past chair of ULI in Ireland and current vice-chair of INREV’s research committee.

Balazs was previously an executive in the European office of the Goodman Group. He has over ten years of experience in real estate private equity. He received his M.Sc. in International Relations from Corvinus University of Budapest and his M.Sc. in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

Laurie leads a sector-specialised team to support all elements of execution and operations for CBRE Investment Management EMEA logistics investments. She is directly responsible for the entire EMEA logistics value chain for investors, from transaction management and operations to the enhancement of the customer experience. Previously Laurie was a fund manager for the pan-European logistics series and was responsible for the overall performance of the funds and day-to-day management, as well as transactions and portfolio management. Prior to joining CBRE IM in 2017, Laurie worked at Prologis as vice president transactions officer for seven years where she was in charge of all acquisitions and dispositions of logistics assets for Southern Europe.

Ingo is a vastly experienced investor/developer in the field of logistics real estate. Prior to this role, Ingo spent many years as managing director at investment manager GLP, formerly Gazeley. There, he was responsible for the acquisition and development of more than 2 million square meters of logistics space for national and international clients and most recently held the position of managing director Northern Europe, including head of operations Europe and China when Gazeley was still owned by Brookfield. From 2000 to 2007, the business graduate of the University of Cologne worked in management at the US-REIT Prologis and a joint venture company of the M.M.Warburg Group with Deutsche Bank, London, after he started his professional career at the WestLB Group in 1996.

Jon leads the firm’s industrial & logistics and net lease strategies. He has more than 12 years of investment experience totalling more than €2 billion of sale-leaseback, build to suit, net lease and speculative development transactions in the UK, Nordics, Germany, France, Benelux, Iberia, Italy and CEE. Previously, Jon was managing director at Blackbrook Capital, a specialist real estate investment manager focused on future-proof supply chain infrastructure and mission-critical, sustainable commercial property. Prior to that, he worked at Clarion Partners, an investment manager specialising in industrial properties in Europe, as well as at J. P. Morgan Cazenove in its investment banking division where he covered diversified industrial companies and the mining sector.
