In her new role, she will oversee financial policy, accounting, controlling and capital‑raising activities, ensuring the finance function evolves in line with the growing scale of the business.

Różycka brings more than 19 years of experience in financial management, M&A, corporate governance and group transformation, gained across multi‑entity corporate structures in international environments. She previously served as finance director within the Polenergia group and as CFO of Röhlig Suus logistics group, operating across Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Earlier roles include senior positions at PKP Cargo, EY and Deloitte.

At 7R, she will focus on aligning financial processes with the company’s expanding operations and supporting the implementation of its business strategy across three European markets.

Andrzej Wroński, CEO of 7R, said the appointment comes at a pivotal moment. “7R is in a phase of dynamic growth, which requires flexibility in raising capital and the highest standards of financial management. Katarzyna understands how to build a finance function that safeguards stability while actively supporting growth and decision‑making. Her strategic perspective and collaborative approach will be invaluable as we enter the next stages of our development.”

Różycka’s appointment follows a period of significant diversification in 7R’s financing strategy. The company has expanded its use of equity, bank financing and investor partnerships, and has become an active issuer on the Catalyst bond market. It launched its first green bonds in February 2025 with a €34 million issue maturing in 2028, and by September 2026 had issued approximately €92 million in total. The Polish Financial Supervision Authority recently approved the prospectus for 7R’s first public bond programme, enabling unsecured issuances of up to PLN 350 million (or euro equivalent).

Różycka said she is joining at an important stage in 7R’s evolution. “The growing scale of operations in Poland and expansion into the Czech and German markets create new opportunities and increasing demands on the finance function. My priority is to support 7R’s growth through flexible financing, transparent processes and solutions that match the company’s ambitions. Strengthening the finance team and building an environment based on expertise, trust and collaboration will be central to this.”
