7R appoints Martin Ohly to lead German expansion

Commercial real estate developer 7R has appointed Martin Ohly as the new head of Germany.

Ohly, previously the general manager & head of Logistics at Logicenters (Urban Partner's logistics platform), will spearhead 7R's expansion into the German market.
With 19 years of international real estate experience, Ohly brings expertise in investments, transactions, capital markets, leasing, and asset management from his time at companies like Amazon Global Realty, JLL, Apleona, and Metro Properties.
His role at 7R will involve building a sustainable portfolio of logistics assets in Germany through acquisitions, development projects, and joint ventures, focusing on creating efficient and flexible solutions for tenants.
