7R completes warehouse facility for Toppoint

Real estate developer 7R has delivered a new manufacturing and warehouse facility, including integrated office and staff amenity space, for Toppoint in Brzezie near Sulechów, Poland.

Depenbrock Polska was the builder for this Build-To-Own (BTO) project, which spans nearly 35,000 m2.

The new 7R facility for promotional product supplier Toppoint totals nearly 35,000 m2, comprising 32,455 m2 of manufacturing and warehouse space, and over 2,400 m2 m for offices and staff amenities.

The property is conveniently located near Sulechów, with excellent access to the S3 expressway, a major transportation route in western Poland.

The production area features advanced HVAC and power systems for machinery, dedicated process rooms, and features designed for employee comfort. The warehouse is equipped for modern storage, including VNA racking systems, and adheres to NFPA fire protection standards.

Oskar Pacut, Technical Development director at 7R, commented: “We are seeing rapid growth in Poland’s warehouse and production sector, particularly in border regions such as Lubuskie Voivodeship, where demand for modern, flexible and energy-efficient space continues to rise.”

Lubuskie Voivodeship, and in particular the Zielona Góra–Gorzów Wielkopolski region, is among the fastest-growing industrial and logistics markets in Poland, benefiting, among other factors, from the CBEC (cross-border e-commerce) trend and proximity to the German border.
