7R secures permit for Kraków logistics hub

Commercial real estate developer 7R has received the building permit for 7R Hub Nowa Huta, a large-scale logistics and industrial park in Kraków, Poland.

This park will feature three buildings offering a total of 230,000 m2 of space and is already in talks with potential tenants.
Strategically located in Nowa Huta, close to National Road 79 and the upcoming S7 expressway junction, the park boasts excellent access to Kraków's city centre and a skilled workforce. This makes it ideal for technology firms, manufacturing, and logistics companies. Negotiations are currently being finalised with light production and service businesses.
