This move boosts the German real estate firm’s total assets under management to approximately €4 bn, reinforcing its services for institutional clients, specifically a club of pension funds that jointly own the properties.
The newly managed properties include Frankfurt's Garden Tower, Eurotheum, and Japan Center, along with Berlin's Pressehaus. These buildings offer about 115,000 m2 of mixed-use space, including offices, hotels, and restaurants, with notable tenants like Société Générale and the European Central Bank.
ABG Real Estate Group manages both commercial and residential projects. Some of their other well-known properties include the 'Deutschlandhaus' in Hamburg and the 'Skyper high-rise' in Frankfurt, with ongoing projects like 'Mariengärten' in Munich and 'Palais Rossmarkt' in Frankfurt.
