The freehold warehouse, measuring 39,569 m2 and leased to AS Watson (Property Continental Europe) until 31 July 2033, was sold for €23.5 mln. This price represents a 2.9% discount to its valuation as of 31 December 2025.

As part of the sale agreement, ASLI has committed to performing climate-related remedial work on the property, with costs not exceeding €0.5 mln. An equivalent amount of €0.5 mln will be held in escrow until these works are finished.

ASLI’s managed wind-down of its European logistics real estate portfolio is almost complete. After the latest sale, 26 out of the original 27 assets will have been sold. Proceeds from the sale of ASLI's Polish assets are currently being transferred back to the parent company, pending tax authority approvals.

The sole remaining asset is now undergoing early-stage due diligence as part of the ongoing sales process. The Board of Directors of ASLI is optimistic about completing this final sale and expects to place the Company into liquidation in the second half of this year.
