These multi-let warehouse estates in Krakow, Lodz, and Warsaw, totalling over 91,000 m2, were sold at about a 5% discount to their Q2 2025 valuation.
With these sales, ASLI has now sold 20 of its original 27 assets, bringing in a total of €400 mln in gross proceeds.
Four more properties are currently under offer and in the due diligence phase, with the remaining three assets also in various stages of the sales process. ASLI aims to complete these sales by Q1 2026. The company will provide updates on these sales and the next capital return to shareholders.
Shareholders are advised that, as the wind-down nears completion, the company's income has significantly decreased, meaning future dividend payments will likely be limited to those necessary to maintain its investment trust status.
