Accentro Real Estate announces that Nedim Cen has resigned as chairman and member of the Supervisory Board for personal reasons.

To maintain a fully functional Supervisory Board, Accentro sought a court appointment for a new member. Dariush Ghassemi-Moghadam has been appointed to the Supervisory Board by the court.

Ghassemi-Moghadam is an experienced lawyer specialising in banking, capital markets, and real estate law. He also brings prior management experience in the banking sector, including as a CFO. His expertise will be valuable in supporting Accentro's ongoing restructuring and strategic realignment.
