German residential investor Accentro Real Estate has announced the appointment of Katja Bielecke as its new CIO.

Bielecke brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, having managed assets for international real estate investors and private equity firms, including her most recent role at Arcida Advisors. Her expertise spans all real estate asset classes and includes a comprehensive understanding of debt and real estate investments across Germany and Europe.
Nedim Cen, chairman of the Supervisory Board of Accentro Real Estate, said: "With her many years of expertise in the real estate investment business, Katja Bielecke brings the perfect qualifications for her future task in our company. We are pleased that she will be strengthening the Management Board."
Accentro Real Estate primarily focuses on major cities and urban areas, particularly in Berlin, Central Germany, and the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region. Accentro operates in three main areas: selling apartments to private buyers (both owner-occupiers and investors) and institutional investors, managing its own real estate holdings, and providing services to third parties.
