Accentro Real Estate appoints Katja Bielecke as new CEO

German residential investor Accentro Real Estate has named Katja Bielecke as its new CEO.

She takes over from Jörg Neuß, who was dismissed in May. Bielecke will also continue in her role as CIO and will serve on the management board alongside Stefan Hammen (CFO).

Bielecke joined Accentro's management board in February 2026. She is an experienced real estate professional with a background at international real estate investors and private equity firms like Hudson Advisors and Lapithus. Her expertise includes non-performing loans, real estate investment, and asset management, and she has a track record of turning around property portfolios and building real estate investment platforms. She brings extensive market knowledge in both debt and real estate investment to her new role.

With more than two decades of experience, Katja Bielecke has successfully managed complex property portfolios in Germany and Europe. With her strong leadership skills, she will build on the solid foundation she has already laid within the Company.”

Accentro also recently completed a portfolio sale, selling 614 units across approximately 24,300 m2 to an institutional investor. These properties are located in areas such as Leipzig, Gera, and Zwickau. The purchase price for this transaction remains confidential.

Katja Bielecke added: “The transaction is in line with our strategy of selectively refining our portfolio and focusing our efforts on properties with attractive earnings potential.”
