Accolade invests over €100m in Polish expansion

International industrial real estate investor Accolade is continuing its expansion in Poland with five new projects totalling nearly 100,000 m2 and valued at over €100 mln.

These investments are strategically located in Szczecin, Kielce, Białystok, and Świdnik.
Despite a current slowdown in the warehouse market, Accolade is maintaining its "market maker" approach, focusing on medium-sized cities with strong potential. The first of these new projects is scheduled for handover in September 2025, with the remainder expected to be completed by the first half of 2026. 
In Szczecin, over 25,500 m2 of the planned 100,000 m2 Park Trzebusz II project is under construction and already pre-leased to two tenants, with completion expected in spring 2026 (€29.4 mln investment). A further 13,450 m2 warehouse (Szczecin Park V) is being developed for the logistics sector (€13 mln), expanding the park to 30,000 m2, with completion in February 2026.
Białystok will see 34,000 m2 of space delivered within the Białystok III project, 66% pre-leased to e-commerce, retail, and 3PL companies. This €34 mln facility is due for completion in H1 2026, bringing Accolade's total space in Białystok to over 110,000 m2.
Kielce will gain a new 13,400 m2 Accolade facility (€16.7 mln), increasing the total park area to 60,000 m2.
In Świdnik (Lublin Park IV), an 11,400 m2 BTS facility is being developed for Poland's largest private courier operator, with handover scheduled for September 2025, expanding the park to 63,000 m2.
Accolade's Polish portfolio has recently expanded with Park Szczecin Dunikowo and a facility in Bielsko-Biała. The company's record-breaking H1 2025 saw 220,000 m2 of leased space, a 140% increase year-on-year, including new leases and renewals.
