AEW acquires prime Paris retail asset

Global real estate investment manager AEW has acquired a prime, fully leased high street retail property in Paris's 8th district.

The purchase, on Rue Tronchet, was made for a strategy targeting French retail clients.

The unit at 20 Rue Tronchet offers approximately 200 m2 of retail space over two floors. It is fully occupied by Bolia, a high-end Danish furniture and design company that is part of the Lars Larsen Group.

This strategically located property is in the heart of Paris's prime retail district, connecting directly to Place de la Madeleine and Boulevard Haussmann. This area is a key destination for luxury shopping, home to department stores like Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, and attracts about 580,000 visitors monthly due to its strong mix of leading retail brands.
