Real estate investment manager AEW Europe has promoted Thierry Locatelli to head of Investments France.

Based in Paris, he will report to Vanessa Roux-Collet, CEO Europe and head of France. Cyrille Levassor will serve as his deputy head of Investments France. Both appointments are effective immediately.
Locatelli brings 30 years of real estate experience to the role, having previously worked at Société Générale and Natixis before joining AEW Europe's investment department in 2013, where he became deputy head in 2020. He will oversee a team of 11 professionals responsible for investments across various asset classes and strategies in France, where AEW Europe manages a portfolio of 6 million square meters.
Levassor has been with AEW Europe's French investment team since 2013 and has held several key roles.
Jérémy Convert will be departing AEW Europe for new opportunities outside the company.
