AEW Europe boosts Paris asset management team

Global investor and real estate asset manager AEW Europe has strengthened its Paris asset management team with four new appointments and promotions.

Alexia Delaire, Julie Milaret, François-Xavier Decourrière, Louise Roger 

Alexia Delaire has been promoted to COO of Asset Management France, a new role designed to streamline and modernize processes across all asset classes. She will also continue as head of Asset Management for Retail & Hotels France, overseeing 1.3 mln m2 of retail space and managing support staff.
Julie Milaret joins as head of Major Projects and Sustainable Development France. She will lead initiatives focused on enhancing asset value and sustainability across various teams, bringing over 15 years of experience in major real estate developments.
François-Xavier Decourrière is now head of Asset Management Offices France. Previously head of Logistics Asset Management, he will manage a team overseeing over 1.3 mln m2 of office assets, focusing on value creation.
Louise Roger has been promoted to head of Asset Management Logistics and Light Industrial France. She will lead a team managing over 2.7 mln m2 of logistics and light industrial properties, with a focus on sustainable value creation.
