AEW purchases logistics facility in The Netherlands

Real estate investor and asset manager AEW Europe has purchased a fully occupied, last-mile logistics facility of 15,000 m2 in Den Hoorn (The Hague), Netherlands.

The high-quality ABC Harnaschpolder building is leased to Logicall Technical Installation Services for ten years, starting in December 2024.
The property is located in Harnaschpolder Business Park in the Randstad metropolitan area, a prime logistics area.
The property boasts excellent transportation links, situated next to the highway connecting Rotterdam and Amsterdam, including Schiphol Airport and Rotterdam Harbour. It is also a short five-minute walk to a bus station with connections to Delft's train station.

This transaction further strengthens AEW’s footprint in the Dutch market, which remains a key market for us.”
This latest purchase increases AEW Europe's Dutch portfolio to 490,000 m² across various sectors (logistics, office, retail, and residential), bringing their total assets under management in the Netherlands to over €900 million.
