European logistics real estate company Logicor has named Alexander Ullrich as its new head of Asset Management in Germany.

He will be responsible for overseeing the leasing and operations of Logicor's approximately 3 mln m2 German portfolio, with the goal of maximizing asset value and customer satisfaction.
Ullrich brings nine years of real estate experience, having previously served as head of Asset Management for Branicks Onsite, and holding various roles at other German real estate firms like FCR Immobilien AG and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
Janica Gerecke, country manager Germany at Logicor, commented: “Alexander is a seasoned investment professional with a proven track record and a deep understanding of both the market and the management of real estate portfolios.
