Alexandre Arhuis-Grumbach appointed as president of LaSalle France

Global real estate investment manager LaSalle has announced the appointment of Alexandre Arhuis-Grumbach as president of LaSalle France.

He will assume this new leadership position while continuing his current responsibilities as head of Transactions Europe, Core and Core+ Strategies.

In his expanded role, Arhuis-Grumbach will maintain oversight of European transactions while also taking charge of all activities based in France, ensuring operational excellence within the firm’s Paris office. Additionally, he will serve as chairman of LaSalle’s French investment committee.

Arhuis-Grumbach has been with LaSalle since 2010, establishing a strong track record of driving investment and business growth from the Paris office, most recently in his pan-European role focused on core and core-plus transactions.

This appointment follows several other recent leadership changes at LaSalle, including the appointments of Beverley Kilbride as global head of Asset & Portfolio Management Transformation (while retaining her European head of Asset Management role) and Alistair Seaton as COO for Europe.
