Alma & Rubik expand Copenhagen logistics portfolio

Alma Property Partners and Rubik Properties have expanded their industrial and warehouse property holdings in the Greater Copenhagen area through their joint venture.

Alma rubik

Avedøreholmen 86A and Farverland 6

They purchased two more properties in prime locations with good potential for increased value, bringing their total portfolio to nine properties.
These new acquisitions, situated in Glostrup and Hvidovre, add about 16,500 m2 of rentable space on a combined 26,250 m2 plot. Their excellent access to transportation and infrastructure in established business areas makes them appealing to renters and promises future growth.
This partnership has created a diverse collection of well-placed properties, generating both consistent revenue and opportunities for improvement through smart management. The partners will continue to seek additional investments in this strong market, where demand from both tenants and investors is high.
Gustav Bachmann, investment professional at Alma Property Partners, stated: “These acquisitions reinforce our strategy to scale within the industrial and warehouse segment in Greater Copenhagen. We see significant opportunities to create value, both by developing the existing assets and by expanding the platform in a market underpinned by strong fundamentals and robust demand.”
Mads-Emil Granzow, investment director at RUBIK Properties, added: “With the addition of Farverland 6 and Avedøreholmen 86A, we continue the focused development of a strong and well-located portfolio. The properties align with our investment strategy and represent attractive opportunities for value creation. We are pleased that our strong collaboration with Alma Property Partners continues to bear fruit.”
Alma Property Partners and RUBIK Properties were advised by Plesner, Bruun & Hjejle, KHR, Ring3 Erhverv, Skel.dk, JLL, and RED.
