Altra Fastigheter appoints Mihaela Gustafsson as interim CFO
Swedish real estate company Altra Fastigheter (formerly Nyfosa) has appointed Mihaela Gustafsson as its interim CFO.

She will serve from 11 July 2026 until Ida Fransson assumes the permanent CFO role by 16 November 2026, as previously announced.
Gustafsson brings extensive experience from senior finance positions in the real estate sector, including roles as head of Finance, CFO, and head of Accounting for listed companies and funds.
As of 31 March 2026, Altra Fastigheter's property portfolio was valued at SEK 39 bn (€3.32 bn).
