Commercial real estate intelligence provider Altus Group has named Rich Sarkis as its new CCO.

Richard Sarkis
Sarkis will now be responsible for the company's worldwide commercial strategy, including its analytics businesses, sales, customer success, and market execution.
Sarkis joined Altus when the company acquired Reonomy, which he founded. Reonomy's technology helped Altus connect various data for advanced analytics. In 2023, he became President of Software and Data, where he was instrumental in launching Argus Intelligence.
Sarkis's extensive industry knowledge, strong relationships, and existing role within Altus make him an ideal fit to advance the company's global commercial efforts. He has also been recognised for his leadership in the CRE technology sector, appearing on the Power Proptech list for four consecutive years.
Mike Gordon, incoming CEO and executive chair of Altus, stated: “Rich’s deep understanding of our clients, technology, and our markets makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead this mandate and strengthen the connection between our strategy, our teams and the promises we make to the market. Importantly, it will help bring more alignment between our software, data, and valuation advisory solutions to better serve our clients.”
Rich Sarkis added: “I’m grateful for the opportunity to step into this expanded role and to continue working with our teams to create value for our customers. Our focus is simple: helping customers perform better by making our solutions easier to adopt and delivering value faster.”
