Annemarie Maarse appointed COO of Bouwinvest

Annemarie Maarse will become Bouwinvest's COO and a member of its Board of Directors, effective November 1.

This completes the three-person board, which also includes the CEO, Mark Siezen, and the CFRO, Henk-Dirk de Haan.
As COO, Maarse will oversee Bouwinvest’s operational performance, focusing on investment results, client satisfaction, and efficiency. She will manage the Dutch and International Investments units, as well as Client Services and Business Technology.
Currently, Maarse is head of Asset Management at Bouwinvest, where she restructured the asset management organization through strategic partnerships with three property managers. Bouwinvest will begin searching for her replacement in that role. Before joining Bouwinvest, she held leadership positions at Achmea Real Estate and Altera Vastgoed.

Bouwinvest announced in May that its Board of Directors would change on November 1. As of that date, Marleen Bosma (CCO), Allard van Spaandonk (CIO Dutch Investments), and Stephen Tross (CIO International Investments) will leave the Board.
