Annika Ekström has been named the new COO of Public Property Invest (PPI), where she will join the management team.

She has held the positions of property director and deputy CEO at Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden (SBB) since 2019, playing a key role in developing SBB's management structure and property portfolio.
Before her time at SBB, Ekström gained extensive managerial experience in property management at Hemfosa Fastigheter and Aberdeen Asset Management.
Annika Ekström said: “I look very much forward to joining the PPI team on its exciting journey and to contributing to developing the company further in the years to come. I know the portfolio to be acquired from SBB very well, and I look forward to continuing to serve our important community service customers without any interruption.”
