AP Ejendomme appoints Henrik Steenstrup as new CEO

Danish real estate company AP Ejendomme has named Henrik Steenstrup as its new CEO.

Currently serving as the property director at By & Havn, Steenstrup is set to officially assume his new role on 1 October 2026.

Helle Grosser will continue to serve as acting CEO until Steenstrup's arrival.

Steenstrup brings a wealth of commercial management, investment, and property market experience, having led major development projects at By & Havn since 2019.

Steenstrup's extensive background in finance and real estate includes previous leadership roles at several high-profile institutions, including Nordea Ejendomsinvestering, Nordea Investment Management, and Nordea Capital Markets & Savings.

He previously worked with Danske Bank and LD Equity.
