Ares consolidates global logistics real estate platforms

Ares Management Corporation has announced the consolidation of its global logistics real estate platforms under a new unified brand: Marq Logistics (Marq).

This new brand will encompass Ares's vertically integrated global logistics real estate operations, managing over 55.7 mln m2 of facilities across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Marq integrates Ares's existing logistics real estate platforms in North America and Europe, including Ares Industrial Management, with the GLP logistics real estate platform operating outside of China. This unification follows Ares's acquisition of GLP Capital Partners Limited's international business and affiliates, which was finalised in March 2025.
Through Marq, Ares aims to leverage its extensive scale, expertise, and integrated capabilities to provide consistently high-quality solutions to its tenants worldwide, establishing itself as a preferred landlord in the global logistics sector.

As of 30 September 2025, Ares Real Estate, a highly diversified and vertically integrated global real estate manager, oversees approximately $110 bn (€102 bn) in assets. Within this, Marq manages a portfolio of roughly 2,000 properties, spanning over 55.7 million m2.
