The first of these new buildings, a 42,000 m2 facility near Strasbourg in the Vendenheim logistics zone, will be occupied by Puma starting in early 2026 under a firm nine-year lease.
Ferrero will operate the other two logistics buildings in Normandy, a region central to the Italian group's operations in France. One 34,000 m2 building is under development in Cléon, while the second, covering 20,000 m2, will be in Barentin. Both are expected to be delivered in early summer 2026, with Ferrero committing to firm 10-year leases.
These new leases are part of Argan's investment program for 2026, which includes €165 mln worth of premium assets to be delivered. Of this total, €140 mln is scheduled for the first half of the year, with an average yield of 6%.
Ronan Le Lan, chairman of the Executive Board, stated: “These three agreements confirm our ambitions and the relevance of our model. They also demonstrate our ability to attract major new clients, such as Ferrero and Puma, by supporting their growth with increasingly innovative and sustainable logistics solutions. 2026 is shaping up to be another year of strong growth for Argan.”
