Arkéa REIM's SCPI fund, Transitions Europe, has made its first Belgian acquisition: an office building in Brussels.

Avenue des Nerviens 85, Brussels
This purchase expands Transitions Europe's portfolio into its seventh European country and diversifies its asset types.
The building is strategically located in the heart of Brussels' European Quarter, near major institutions and embassies, and overlooks Parc du Cinquantenaire.
Its prime location attracts a diverse, high-quality tenant base, including European and international organisations, ensuring stable rental income with an average lease term of 5.9 years.
Arthur Debaere, Real Estate deputy CIO Sienna IM, said: “With this qualitative acquisition in a new market for Arkea’s fund, we are not only further deepening its diversification strategy but also setting another milestone in our relationship with our trusted partner.”
Abdelkader Guennioui, Director of Fund Management, commented: “Entering the Belgian market is a significant step in Transitions Europe’s geographic diversification strategy. It is based on the acquisition of an office asset located in a mature and established commercial real estate market, contributing to strengthening the balance and quality of the portfolio across Europe.”
Arkéa REIM was advised by Sienna Investment Managers, Loyens & Loeff and Treex, while the seller was advised by Savills and Clifford Chance.
