Arrow Capital Partners acquires Leipzig logistics hub

Arrow Capital Partners, in partnership with Cerberus Capital Management through their Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture, has purchased a last-mile distribution hub in Leipzig, Germany, leased to DPD.

This strategically significant logistics asset is crucial for the supply chains of manufacturers in the Leipzig area, including automotive giants like BMW and Porsche.
The 7,800 m2 facility includes 38 lorry docks and 175 van docks and offers expansion potential. 
Arrow Capital Partners plans to improve the hub's sustainability by adding electric vehicle charging stations and photovoltaic panels. 
Located in Krostitz, Leipzig, a key manufacturing centre benefiting from Germany's investment in its industrial sector, the property is well-positioned on major European trade routes.

Arrow Capital Partners received advisory services from Hafenmakler Zelle and Gewerbeimmobilien Hannover during the acquisition.
