Arrow Capital Partners buys Wolverhampton logistics asset

Arrow Capital Partners has acquired a 28,242 m2 logistics facility near Wolverhampton for its SIRE joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management.

The property, known as Willenhall 300, consists of two units: a modern high-bay warehouse (17m clear height, built 2022) and an older warehouse (8m clear height, 1990s), all located on a large, secure site.

The off-market purchase from Nationworld means the facility is fully leased to BJS Distribution Storage and Couriers Limited, a well-established Midlands logistics firm.

Willenhall 300 is strategically positioned near M6 Junction 10, offering excellent connectivity to major motorways (M5, M42, M1, M40) and easy access to Wolverhampton and Birmingham, reaching approximately 1.5 million people within a 30-minute drive.

Arrow continues to seek investment and development opportunities across Europe and the UK.
