Arrow Capital Partners has fully pre-let its 54,000 m2 speculative logistics development, Arrow Point Bremen, to BlackForxx, a Kion Group subsidiary.

Arrow Point Bremen
BlackForxx will use the facility for trading and refurbishing used material handling equipment, with occupancy expected in Q3 2026.
The sustainable development features three units with 12.2m clear internal height and strong floor load capacity. It has achieved DGNB 'Platinum' certification and boasts BEG40 energy efficiency standards with extensive solar panels.
Strategically located at Hüttenstraße 110 in Bremen's industrial hub, Arrow Point Bremen offers direct access to major motorways (A1 and A27) and is close to rail, sea, and air transport hubs, ensuring excellent international connectivity.
Martien van Deursen, partner, head of Germany & Benelux at Arrow Capital Partners, said: “Fully letting Arrow Point Bremen highlights the sustained level of demand in Germany for sustainable logistics space with excellent international connections and is a testament to the quality of our internal development capabilities. We are actively seeking acquisition opportunities in strategic locations, as well as brown and greenfield sites with the potential for development into Grade A logistics facilities.”
Christof Samson, managing director at BlackForxx, added: “Arrow Point Bremen provides us with the space we need to scale up our business across Europe. The location, combined with the asset’s energy-efficient design and high-quality specifications, aligns perfectly with our operational and environmental goals”.
Arrow was advised on the letting by BNP and Robert C. Spies.
