Arrow Capital Partners strengthens European leadership

Arrow Capital Partners has announced two strategic senior appointments as part of its ongoing expansion across Europe, bolstering both its development capabilities in Germany and its asset management team in the Netherlands.

Martijn Vos

Sigrid Mirus has joined the ArrowCapitalPartners team as head of Construction, Germany. Based in Düsseldorf, Mirus will spearhead the company's logistics development programme nationwide, managing projects through the entire lifecycle from land acquisition to completion.

With over 30 years of experience in large-scale industrial and logistics developments, Mirus brings significant expertise to Arrow. She previously served as head of Development Management for Germany at Prologis and spent a decade leading the construction of major parcel centres and commercial buildings for DHL Group.

Her appointment represents a major milestone in the growth of Arrow’s German development programme, following the recent delivery of over 68,000 m2 of sustainable logistics space in Bremen and Ludwigsfelde. The team is now focused on completing an additional 89,000 m2 currently under way in Duisburg and further expanding its development pipeline with Sigrid’s leadership.

The expansion of the European development team aligns with Arrow’s ambitious growth strategy, supported by €420 mln in committed development capital. This includes €300 mln in projects already delivered successfully under budget and €120 mln in active construction. Arrow is actively pursuing strategic logistics development sites across Europe to further its global development and leasing initiatives.

In the Netherlands, Arrow Capital Partners has appointed Martijn Vos as senior asset manager. An experienced asset management professional, Vos will be based in Amsterdam and report to Martien van Deursen, partner and head of Germany & Benelux.

This appointment follows a record-breaking year for leasing in 2025, which saw the European team complete over 278,700 m2 of leases. The firm remains focused on acquiring strategic logistics sites across Europe as it continues to implement its comprehensive global development and leasing programmes.
