Arrow & Cerberus forward fund Farington Park Phase II

Arrow Capital Partners and Cerberus Capital Management have entered into a forward funding agreement with Caddick Developments to deliver Phase II of Farington Park.

This new logistics scheme will introduce 8,918.7 m² of Grade A mid-box industrial space, spread across four detached units, making it one of the first speculative forward-funding deals in the North West this year.

Farington Park boasts a strategic location with excellent access to the M6, M65, and M61 motorways, making it ideal for meeting the strong regional demand for high-quality logistics facilities. Construction, led by Caddick Construction’s North West team, is set to begin in May. This development marks the final phase of Caddick’s 50-acre Farington Park site, following the completion of over 51,096.7 m² of industrial space in 2023.

Phase II will feature four units ranging from 1,370.3 m² to 3,065.8 m², designed with sustainability and community in mind. The scheme will include extensive amenities such as a seven-acre ecological park, improved public pathways, outdoor gym, walking trails, cycle storage, and EV charging points. It aims for BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings, incorporating sustainable features like photovoltaic panels and solar-ready roofs. This builds on Caddick’s previous €586,000 (£500,000) investment in local ecological and community assets and their broader commitment to place-making and community integration, enhancing existing walking and cycling routes for both workers and residents.
