Arrow hires new European head of asset management

Arrow Capital Partners has appointed Sarah Jones as head of asset management for Europe, strengthening its platform as it expands its core‑plus strategy and pursues opportunities across equity and debt.

Based in London, Jones will lead Arrow’s European asset management team and report to Katherine Parker, partner and head of investment management for Europe.

Jones brings more than 20 years of experience across private equity and listed real estate. She joins from Brightbay real estate partners, where she led asset management across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. Her background spans leasing, investment, disposals, development and forward‑funding transactions. She previously managed ExxonMobil’s EMEA real estate portfolio and began her career in valuations and corporate recovery at DTZ.

Katherine Parker said Jones adds extensive experience across markets and strategies at an important stage in Arrow’s growth. Jones said Arrow’s integrated global platform and diverse capital relationships provide a strong foundation to further develop its asset management capability and support occupiers.

The appointment follows a strong period for Arrow’s European asset management team, which has completed more than 100 leases across five million sq ft of logistics space in the past 18 months.
