Arrow promotes Carla Langerhorst to managing director

European investment manager Arrow Global Group (Arrow) has promoted Carla Langerhorst to managing director within its Client and Product Solutions (CPS) team.

In her elevated role, Langerhorst will continue to be a key figure in Arrow's client coverage and fundraising efforts in the Americas. Her focus will be on strengthening institutional relationships and driving growth across the firm's opportunistic credit, lending, and real estate strategies. Over the past year, she has significantly contributed to expanding Arrow's institutional capital base throughout the Americas, particularly in North America, which is the world's largest private credit market.

This promotion reflects Arrow's successful strategy of broadening its institutional investor base in the region. The Americas now represent 28% of Arrow's investors, an increase from 19%, driven by strong demand for its investment strategies.

Carla Langerhorst joined Arrow in 2023 as director of Client and Product Solutions, based in New York. Her responsibilities at Arrow include fundraising and cultivating investor relationships in the Americas. Before joining Arrow, she worked at Morgan Stanley, focusing on private credit and real assets for global investors. Her previous experience includes roles in Investor Relations and Business Development at Black Diamond Capital Management and AUA Private Equity Partners. Langerhorst began her career as an attorney in Brazil.
