Retail real estate developer and owner Prisma Properties has teamed up with real estate investor Avalor to help manage and grow Prisma's retail properties in Finland.

Prisma Properties - Dollar Store
Avalor will handle property operations, facility management, and assist with new acquisitions as Prisma aims to build a modern and profitable property portfolio there.
Prisma Properties owns nearly 140 properties in the discount retail, grocery store, and fast-food sectors, mostly in Sweden and Denmark, with plans to grow further in Sweden and other Nordic countries.
The company focuses on sustainability and easy access, investing in new retail centres and electric vehicle charging stations located near highways and busy areas.
Prisma's head of Property Management, Per Nilsson, said: "Through the agreement with Avalor, we strengthen our presence and our opportunities to grow in a market where we do not yet have an established organisation. Avalor is a player with recognised competence in property and portfolio management, and their experience and local market knowledge will be valuable for Prisma's continued growth in Finland."
Aleksi Lounamaa, founder of Avalor, commented: “We are proud to support Prisma Properties in their strategy to grow in the Finnish market. Our proactive approach and local insight match Prisma’s growth ambitions and focus on sustainable, customer-centric property management. Together, we want to set a new standard for retail properties and tenant experiences.”
