Avison Young names Chris Pilgrim as UK head of Capital Markets

Global real estate company Avison Young has named Chris Pilgrim as principal, managing director, and UK head of Capital Markets.

Pilgrim, previously managing director of Global Capital Markets for Asia Pacific at Colliers, brings extensive international experience to Avison Young. 
He will focus on attracting global investment into the UK market and will work closely with the company's U.S. and European Capital Markets leadership to expand Avison Young's global presence. 
Pilgrim's appointment is part of a larger effort to grow the London Capital Markets team and strengthen asset class expertise across the UK. 
With over 18 years of experience in advising major investors on complex real estate transactions globally, Pilgrim will leverage his expertise and network to drive growth and investment into Avison Young's Capital Markets division.
Prior to his time at Colliers, Chris also spent a decade at CBRE across their London, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore offices.
