Azora has appointed Anne-Jan Jager as managing director to lead its international expansion and enhance its capital formation and global investor relations.

Jager brings over two decades of experience in private equity and institutional real estate across Europe and the U.S. Most recently, he was managing director and co-head of Real Estate Europe at Partners Group, overseeing €14 bn in assets and an international team. He was also on their investment committee and global leadership team.
Before that, Jager was executive director of Investments at Tristan Capital Partners, where he focused on pan-European investments and joint ventures. He began his career at UBS Global Asset Management, gaining extensive experience in investment, asset, and portfolio management across various asset classes.
Known for identifying investment trends, building operational platforms, and executing real estate transactions in major markets, Jager combines strategic vision with practical execution and a focus on developing high-performing teams.
