Barings awards MAPP expanded UK logistics & office mandate

UK real estate operations specialist MAPP has expanded its partnership with Barings to manage a significant portfolio of prime logistics and office properties across the UK.

This extended agreement now encompasses 20 assets, totalling over 371,612 m2.

MAPP's focus will be on maximising asset and commercial performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and significantly improving the experience for occupants. This integrated approach will involve specialised teams covering property and facilities management, sustainability, tenant engagement, accounting, community programs, building consultancy, and advanced technology solutions.

The newly added properties include several large, high-quality logistics facilities and two prominent office buildings: 25 Moorgate and TIDE Bankside. 25 Moorgate, a 6,689 m2 headquarters building in the City of London, has been redesigned to meet contemporary work demands, offering stylish design and flexible workspaces. TIDE Bankside, a 13,657 m2 office in London's Bankside district, is designed with the occupier in mind, providing extensive amenities and smart features to support wellbeing and productivity.

This expanded mandate reinforces a relationship between MAPP and Barings that spans over 18 years.
