Ben Cullen new head of UK & Ireland at Cushman & Wakefield

Ben Cullen has been promoted to head of UK & Ireland at Cushman & Wakefield, taking over from George Roberts, who is leaving the firm after 15 years.

Cullen, who joined Cushman & Wakefield as a graduate in 2001 and previously served as head of Offices, UK, will now lead the company's UK & Ireland operations while remaining focused on clients and growth.
Andy Tyler will step into Cullen's former role as head of Offices, UK.
Roberts, appointed country head in 2017, leaves behind a legacy of navigating significant events like Brexit and the pandemic, expanding the firm's services, and acquiring its Irish affiliate, all while championing an inclusive culture.
