BNP Paribas Real Estate is adjusting its governance structure to better address real estate service challenges and enhance client synergies, with changes effective January 1, 2026.

Jean-Maxime Jouis
Jean-Maxime Jouis, currently global head of Investment Management (REIM), will become deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate, overseeing the Advisory and Property Management business lines and reporting to CEO Thierry Laroue-Pont.
Timothée Rauly and John O’Driscoll, currently global co-heads of Real Estate at AXA IM Alts, will jointly take on the role of global head of Investment Management (REIM) on an interim basis during the legal merger of BNP Paribas Asset Management, AXA Investment Managers, and BNP Paribas REIM, until a common operating model is defined.
To improve European coordination, Laurent Boucher, CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory France, will oversee all Advisory activities across the company's operating countries, including the UK and Germany.
Brice de Germay, currently head of Capital Market, will become deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory France, managing Transaction, Valuation, and Consulting activities and reporting to Laurent Boucher.
Eric Siesse, currently deputy CEO in charge of the Office Leasing Division for the Paris region, will assist de Germay in supervising Advisory France.
In the UK, Mark England, previously COO, has been appointed CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, succeeding Etienne Prongue, who became head of the International Investment Group (IIG) at BNP Paribas Real Estate on October 1, 2025.
