BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced a new governance and organisational structure, effective 1 March 2026.

The management changes are aimed at bolstering the company’s development strategy amidst significant industry changes.
Thierry Laroue-Pont has been appointed executive chairman, while Jean-Maxime Jouis will assume the role of CEO.
Laroue-Pont will continue to operationally manage the crucial Property Development business line.
Jouis will oversee the strategic and operational direction of BNP Paribas Real Estate, with a particular focus on the Advisory and Property Management divisions, which he has managed since 1 January.
The new executive management team will also include three deputy CEOs:
Molka Langar joins to lead Corporate Functions and company Transformation.
Laurent Boucher continues as deputy CEO, responsible for the Advisory business line (Transaction, Consulting, Valuation).
Csongor Csukas is now deputy CEO, in charge of Property Management.
This executive team will work closely with the Board of Directors, which will include representatives from BNP Paribas' three main business lines.
