BNP Paribas Asset Management Alts (BNPP AM Alts) has purchased a newly built logistics centre in Mühlacker, near Stuttgart, Germany.

The acquisition of the 18,000 m2 logistics asset, made on behalf of its clients, was from Lang & Cie.
This deal comes after BNPP AM Alts recently acquired a 63,000 m2 logistics centre in Möckmühl, near Heilbronn.
Their European Logistics strategy also recently saw significant investor interest with a €500 mln green bond, which was oversubscribed by more than six times. The funds from this bond will be used for sustainable logistics properties and initiatives focused on energy efficiency, biodiversity, and solar energy.
The recently completed property from Lang & Cie., finished in August 2025, features high-quality warehouse and office space on a site exceeding 30,000 m2 and is fully leased to a single tenant. Situated in the greater Stuttgart area, a major German production and automotive industry hub, the logistics centre boasts excellent regional and national transportation links, ensuring optimal logistical connections for the tenant.
The facility has DGNB Gold certification and is equipped with both a heat pump system and a rooftop photovoltaic system.
Philippe Grasser, head of European Transactions at BNPP AM Alts, said: "We are delighted to further expand our portfolio of high-quality, future-oriented logistics properties in one of Europe's most dynamic economic regions. This logistics centre in Mühlacker represents exactly the type of quality properties we are looking for in our portfolio. With its strategic location in the heart of the German automotive industry, a long-term lease with a first-class tenant, and impressive sustainability features, this property fully fits into our European logistics strategy.”
