BNPP AM Alts appoints Karim Malak as CEO of The Boost Society

BNP Paribas Asset Management Alts (BNPP AM Alts has named Karim Malak as the new CEO of The Boost Society.

Malak brings over 26 years of international platform management experience, having most recently guided easyHotel to a successful sale and overseen the international transformation of Adagio Aparthotels. His background also includes strategy consulting at Boston Consulting Group and Accenture, and work in technology, with an emphasis on commercial optimisation and pricing. Throughout his career, Malak has a proven track record of driving growth, leading operational transformations, executing international expansion strategies, and completing external growth transactions across various European companies.

This appointment comes as The Boost Society continues its strong growth trajectory, aiming to reach €3 bn in assets over the next five years and expand its presence across Europe, particularly in France and Spain.
