Hotel developer and operator Boho Group has finalised binding loan terms with Deutsche Bank for the refinancing of its Boho Club in Marbella.

Cielo Marbella - Boho Group
This follows the conditional loan commitment announced earlier.
The refinancing package, totalling €17.3 mln, will replace the company's current financing. The deal is expected to close next week, pending final administrative steps. As previously communicated, this new financing will improve Boho Group’s capital structure and significantly lower its financing costs. The company will announce when the refinancing is fully completed.
CEO Andreas Bonnier commented: "The refinancing strengthens our financial position through reduced interest costs and an extended maturity profile, while establishing an internationally anchored banking relationship."
Boho Group owns and operates Boho Club, a boutique resort on Marbella's Golden Mile. Last month, the Marbella municipal board officially approved the Boho Club project, confirming its legal status and allowing detailed planning to begin.
The existing Boho Club, currently approximately 7,000 m², will expand to 28,400 m². The project involves the further development of the luxury hotel and its facilities, focusing on high-class hospitality, design, and integrated wellness and cultural offerings.
