Pan-European real estate investment manager Boreal IM has announced three internal promotions, strengthening its asset management and finance teams.

William Preece, Neehar Pattni and Corina Mihaila - Boreal IM
William Preece and Neehar Pattni have both advanced from VP to principal within Asset Management, while Corina Mihaila has been promoted to associate, Finance.
Neehar Pattni, who joined Boreal in 2022 after seven years at Blackstone, brings nearly two decades of industry experience from firms like IPD/MSCI, Invesco, and Starwood. He plays a key role in asset management across Boreal's entire €2 bn portfolio, with a strong focus on analytics.
William Preece, who started at Boreal in 2023, now leads asset management for the company's UK and German portfolio, which encompasses 490,000 m2 of assets. He has 13 years of experience, previously working at Canmoor, CBRE, and JLL.
Corina Mihaila, who joined Boreal from Michelin in January 2022, contributes to the firm's financial management.
These promotions come during a period of sustained growth for Boreal IM. Boreal continues to expand its logistics presence in major European markets through a joint venture with Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, with its portfolio now reaching 1.5 million m2 across Germany, the UK, Italy, Spain, France, and the Netherlands.
Peter Bingel, CFO of Boreal IM, said: “We are pleased to recognise Neehar, Will and Corina for their significant contributions to the business. Their promotions demonstrate our long-term commitment to building Boreal through the development and progression of our internal talent, in addition to highly selective recruitment. “We have deliberately invested in an experienced, multi-disciplinary and multi-lingual team, helping us to capitalise upon the complexity and opportunity of the European markets in which we operate. We see this is a key performance driver and one which gives us a competitive edge.”
