Boreal IM strengthens teams with three promotions

European industrial real estate investment manager Boreal IM has announced three internal promotions.

Neehar Pattni, William Preece and Corina Mihaila 

Neehar Pattni and William Preece are now principals in Asset Management, and Corina Mihaila is an associate in Finance. These promotions highlight the company's strong asset management and finance teams.

Pattni, who joined Boreal in 2022 after seven years at Blackstone, brings nearly 20 years of experience to his role, where he focuses on analytics across Boreal's €2 bn portfolio. Preece, who joined in 2023, oversees asset management for Boreal's UK and German portfolio, which spans 490,000 m2, and has 13 years of experience from previous roles at Canmoor, CBRE, and JLL. Mihaila, who started at Boreal in January 2022 from Michelin, supports the firm's financial management.

These promotions come during a period of significant growth for Boreal, which is expanding its logistics portfolio across major European markets (Germany, UK, Italy, Spain, France, and the Netherlands) through a joint venture with Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. The company's portfolio now totals 1.5 million m2.
