Bouwinvest acquires "FIRST Rotterdam" Office Building

The Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Office Fund has acquired the "FIRST Rotterdam" office building from Union Investment, adding it to its portfolio.

Located in the Rotterdam Central District, this fully-leased, multi-tenant property offers approximately 39,000 m² of office space, 150 m² of retail space, and 182 underground parking spots. The asset is fully leased to 16 tenants, including Robeco, NautaDutilh, and Rabobank. 
The acquisition aligns with the Fund's long-term strategy. 
Located at Weena 760, FIRST stands directly across from Rotterdam Central Station, offering convenient access to numerous amenities such as restaurants, hotels, shops, sports facilities, and cultural venues, all within walking distance. The building is highly accessible by both public transport and car, providing direct connections to Schiphol Airport and Rotterdam The Hague Airport.
The building meets high sustainability standards and is expected to achieve BREEAM-NL In-Use Excellent certification after minor adjustments.
