These moves underscore Bouwinvest's strategic focus on international expansion and strengthening relationships with various stakeholders in the real estate and policy sectors.
Nicolette Klein Bog's new role will involve cultivating connections with public sector entities and related groups, including governments, policymakers, and industry associations. Her primary objective is to forge partnerships that create a stable and attractive investment environment for institutional real estate investors. Klein Bog brings twelve years of experience at Bouwinvest, where she worked across marketing, investor relations, public affairs, and corporate communications, notably driving the Holland Metropole partnership. Her previous experience includes roles at ING Real Estate Investment Management, a.s.r. real estate, and the Dutch Ministry of Housing.
Anton de Graaf, as the new head of Marketing & Communication, will lead a team responsible for translating Bouwinvest's corporate strategy into a unique market position. He will guide brand and reputation strategy, ensuring consistent and effective internal and external communication. This role is crucial for enhancing Bouwinvest's profile among investors, partners, and the wider community. De Graaf has been with Bouwinvest for eight years, spearheading various marketing and communication efforts. His recent Master’s in Corporate Communication from Erasmus University further equips him to lead Bouwinvest's integrated communication strategy.
Mark Siezen, CEO of Bouwinvest, said: “Our growth and performance ambitions require a strong positioning and an active dialogue with our stakeholders. To address the Dutch housing challenge, which is estimated to require around €400 bn in investment, the investment climate must improve. This demands close collaboration between the public and private sectors. With these appointments, we strengthen our contribution to that goal.”
