BPI Real Estate Poland expands resi scheme in Poznań

Belgian developer BPI Real Estate Poland has acquired a 13,000 m2 site on Wągrowska Street in Poznań to develop Panoramiqa 2 and Panoramiqa 3.

The next two phases of its residential scheme will add over 600 flats and 32,000 m2 of saleable area, with completion by the end of 2032.

Building on the success of the already completed Panoramiqa 1 on the same street, the new phases will maintain architectural coherence and sustainability features like white roofs, solar panels, and rainwater harvesting. Groundbreaking for the first tranche is planned for the first half of 2026.

The development will offer diverse apartment layouts, ample parking, and extensive green spaces, targeting high energy efficiency, thanks to white roofs, photovoltaic panels with on-site energy storage, rainwater harvesting, EV charging and cycling infrastructure.

Phase 1 of Panoramiqa stands at 1A Wągrowska Street and benefits from excellent transport links and immediate access to central Poznań's retail and amenity offer.

BPI Real Estate Poland is targeting prime locations in major Polish cities, including Poznań, Warsaw, and Gdańsk. Poznań, in particular, has been a key market for the Belgian developer. In addition to the Panoramiqa project, BPI has completed the Vilda Park scheme and is currently developing Cavallia, a multi-phase mixed-use complex in partnership with Revive Poland, thereby strengthening its presence in Poznań's residential sector.
