BPI Real Estate strengthens management for growth

Belgium-based real estate developer BPI Real Estate is enhancing its management structure to achieve its growth objectives and ensure its long-term stability.

A new Strategic Committee will be formed to guide major strategic decisions for BPI's future, working closely with local management teams in Belgium, Poland, and Luxembourg. Jacques Lefèvre, CEO of BPI Real Estate, will chair this committee, with Béranger Dumont and Arnaud Regout also serving as members.
Béranger Dumont will transition to the new role of country director for Belgium and join the Strategic Committee, returning after six years of successfully leading BPI's operations in Poland. 
Frederik Lesire, drawing on his extensive experience from BPI Belgium, will take over as country director in Poland to ensure continuity and drive future growth. 
Sébastien Labis will continue as country director in Luxembourg, a key market for BPI's upcoming projects. 
Arnaud Regout will maintain his positions as CIO, overseeing business development and B2B investments, and as a member of the CFE Group's Executive Committee, responsible for investments, construction, and real estate development in Luxembourg.
BPI Real Estate primarily targets residential, office, and mixed-use projects.
